Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for our retreat. By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Payment:

   a. Registration for the retreat is considered complete only upon receipt of full payment.

   b. Payments can be made through the designated payment methods provided by the organizer.

   c. Refunds follow the cancellation and refund policy. Please read clause 6.

 

2. Retreat Itinerary:

   a. The retreat itinerary, including activities, workshops, and excursions, is subject to minor changes at the discretion of the organizer, changes will be informed to participants.

   b. The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, substitute facilitators, or cancel specific activities due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control.

 

3. Health and Safety:

   a. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own physical and mental well-being during the retreat.

   b. Participants with any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions must inform the organizer in advance.

   c. The organizer is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses incurred during the retreat.

 

4. Code of Conduct:

   a. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, facilitators, and staff members.

   b. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including harassment or discrimination, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the retreat without refund.

 

5. Photography and Media:

   a. The organizer may capture photographs, videos, or other media during the retreat for promotional purposes.

   b. By participating in the retreat, participants grant the organizer the right to use such media without compensation or notification, unless something else has been explicitly specified in a written form by the participant.

 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

 a. In the event of participant cancellation, refunds will be provided according to the following schedule:

      - Cancellation more than 30 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund.

      - Cancellation within 30 days of the retreat start date: No refund.

   b. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to insufficient registrations (by the 29th of Feb 2024) or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

 

7. Travel and Accommodation: Participants are responsible for arranging their travel to and from the city where the retreat takes place.
